Unattendent staff. We ordered food and when we asked them to let us know at the pool, the staff was just not friendly

I loved the pools and the kids play are. I liked the quietness.
I did not like the old carpet. I think the hotels rooms could use some renovation ( frames, furnishings, lighting, etc. )

Everything was good. Free drink tickets an added bonus, because I like free drinks! Continental breakfast was great. "Pancakes House", and sausage!
The fact that I didn't know you had to reserve a spot for "long term" (5 day) parking. The lot was full, so I was screwed.

Yes my stay the overall hotel was excellent but my baby n I didn't sleep due to the running n banging on the floor or walls above me..I contact the manager Amy which gave me an discount on my stay yes I would stay there again..
The noise from the room of above sounded like they were bowling..
